We provide culture, management strategy, and diversity + equity + inclusion services for organizations across sectors. We currently booking clients for 2023 and 2024.
Vaya customizes offerings for every client, and after being inside hundreds of companies, we have found that our best engagements begin with us listening to you. Think of working with Vaya like bringing your car to a great mechanic: In our first conversation, you’ll describe what’s not working and we’ll ask questions to get precise on potential solutions. We’ll then recommend a combination of services and cost via written proposal. We’ll also be honest if we think we aren’t the right firm for your goals.
As we explore a potential engagement together, expect us to ask candid questions. For example:
— Where are the most acute challenges in your company/org?
— Are you clear about the problem you are trying to solve?
— Where and how do you experience pushback on efforts to improve workplace culture?
— Will we be able to access data (engagement and exit surveys, retention/attrition, etc)?
